Maedo Architects spearheaded the comprehensive renovation of Vintage Park at San Martin, a distinguished 62-bed assisted living memory care facility in Las Vegas. Our mission was twofold: to cultivate a warm, homelike environment for residents and to seamlessly integrate a hospice care facility within the existing structure, featuring 13 private rooms.

Recognizing the significance of providing inpatient hospice care in the Las Vegas area, our team meticulously addressed every detail to ensure the project's success. Specialized considerations, such as circulation controls and flow patterns, were designed to optimize efficiency and accommodate the diverse needs of both resident populations.
