Las Encinas Hospital Parking Structure

Maedo Architects designed the new, 105-space parking structure for the Las Encinas campus. The design for this project particularly considered sustainable design measures including the use of bio swales for onsite storm drainage, solar panels for onsite renewable energy production, green screens, and water efficient landscaping. In addition to providing a place of respite on the accessible green deck above the parking structure, the design also provides low-emission and fuel-efficient charging stations.
