College Hospital Cerritos Resident Wing

Maedo Architects worked on the renovation of the existing administration wing into a new resident wing at the College Hospital Cerritos master expansion plan. With safety as the primary concern in psychiatric hospital design, much attention was given to details, particularly considering non-ligature design to ensure resident and staff safety. The new hospital wing layout allowed for the incorporation of 30 additional beds, new observation rooms, and new storage rooms. Additionally, the project included the renovation of isolation rooms, treatment rooms, nurse stations, showers, and lounge areas.
