Arlington Gardens Care Center

The Arlington Gardens Care Center, initially designed by an out-of-state healthcare architect, stalled midway through construction for over two years. Maedo Architects was enlisted for our OSHPD expertise, leading a redesign converting patient wings to subacute facilities and overhauling building systems. Collaborative efforts led to its successful completion in a notably short timeframe under our direction.
